“The issue of involving French private business in the implementation of projects for the recovery of Ukraine and the activation of cooperation was discussed with the special representative of the French President on economic aid and recovery of Ukraine, Pierre Elbron,” said Denis Shmyhal.

As the Prime Minister notes, during the meeting, the active development of cooperation at the regional level was noted. We have a number of examples of establishing ties between the communities of Ukraine and France. We are grateful for the extension of the mandate of the French Development Agency (AFD) to our country, which will contribute to further strengthening of cooperation.

“We discussed the involvement of the private sector in the restoration. We are preparing specific projects in this direction,” noted Shmyhal.
